Suggestions on new speakers for doors and rear?

Door panels and rear deck are currently removed so now is the time.

Not talking about the subs, I want to replace the door and rear speakers with something simple and reasonable. I currently have a kenwood touchscreen, looking for decent clarity and reasonably priced.

I have the Shelby / Kickers and they sound great, but for $100 a pair.....you could find something cheaper....like the Infinity's mentioned above.

you need low whatts speaker since you dont have an aftermarket amp, i liem to use 2ohm speakers to get more whatts out of the stock HU some infinity's and jbl gto's

Are the stock speakers 2ohm or 4ohm?

2ohm for the 5x7/6x8's and 1.2ohms for the 8" subs

Not sure where the 2 ohm thing started but mine where clearly marked 4 ohm

I did install infinity 4 ohm speakers, same that where recommended in the thread above

I have the infinities in my car as well. I dont have the subs but it sounds amazing!

Sorry Willy, typing too fast and misrepresented the facts... The speakers are 4ohm, I was thinking of my replacements and accidentally typed they were 2ohm... I replaced my factory speakers with 2ohm infinities. I went with the Kappa 682.11's in all 4 spots.
