Anyone have experience dealing with this company?

I was looking to have my P1SC upgraded to a D1 by them but after searching for reviews I'm not so sure anymore. I found a couple of guides online on how I can do it myself so I'm going to give it a try. But I'm wondering if the bad reviews are coming from poor workmanship or poor parts quality, or some combination of both.

Has anyone sourced parts from them for their rebuild/upgrade? If not, where did you get your bearings/seals from? I went looking for ABEC 5/ABEC 7 bearings on Amazon and all I saw were skateboard bearings. Are those ceramic bearings as well?

Ive bought parts from them a couple time without issue. I have never had them work on anything though.

I've order parts from them in past. Didn't have any issues.
