Looks like your server must have blocked some of our emails then. That's the automated email the site sends as soon as you place the order. We sent a 2nd email on the 17th at 1:02pm.

I understand the supply and staffing issues, I waited 4 months for my shop lift. I did get regular updates, so I didnt complain.
I have asked Tasca via email twice now if they even have the part so I can cancel, but to no avail.
As I stated before LMR, American Muscle, and CJ Pony parts....great service.
I appreciate the helpful replies
I never wait to shop lift. Any time I get the urge I head straight to Walmart. Their security sucks.

Missed this thread in the heat of battle.

Ford inventory sucks and good luck getting ahold of anyone who can status back orders. Global supply chain has been a problem, but there are corporations who manage through it; Ford on the other hand fell right on its face. They blew out 2018 & 2019 inventory, focused on MFG the most expensive vehicles with options that could not supported by electronics suppliers, then fell again.

Glad Steve could help get a status and actually kept in communication through the forums. Many companies don’t do that.

I can say that Steve@tasca is 100% stand up and in 15 years on the forums I have no recollection of him not "delivering" for someone. I've dealt with him personally on a few items and he even steered me away from buying from him on an item that would have had big shipping costs, suggesting that I see a local dealer for it.

Spoke with UPS, gave them the tracking number you supplied (on Monday).....They stated they do not have the parts in their possession as of today. I assume they just haven't come by yet to pick them up.

I live in small town of 16,000 people, we have a Ford dealership here, they have the parts, just at a much higher price.

If it makes you feel any better I ordered a pair of special BS wheels for one of my Novas (yes, I'm a little eclectic, I have Ford, Chevy, and MOPAR cars). I was told that due to supply issues it could be awhile. That was 1 1/2 years ago, still waiting. I even got ticked and cancelled it 4 months in. I called around and NO one else could make them for me so I called this major supplier back and was (supposedly) able to reinstate in my order and place in line. That was 1 year ago. So hang in there, it sounds like your parts are on their way. Mine? They are probably still on the slow boat from China.

I have tried to cancel, and they wont, stating it has already been processed, yet its not in UPS possession.
Cant even get a confirmation if its sitting in their warehouse in a box ready to go. Was told by two different representatives, they would get back to me today......nothing.

Don’t put too much stock into what that tracking number look up says. I ordered some stuff a while back and it was sitting on my porch delivered and the tracking number lookup still showed that it hadn’t been picked up yet from the supplier.

It is true that packages do get picked up, transported and delivered without a single scan. Happens more often than you would think. I don't know if that's the case here at this point. I sent a note to the shipping department to let me know what's going on.

If it's still in our building I will absolutely have the order cancelled and credited. The only time we can't simply cancel and credit is if it already left the building. If it has left and the customer still doesn't want it I would gladly send a prepaid shipping label to get it back so we can issue a credit.

Just have to wait to hear back from the warehouse so I can proceed.

Emailed and online chatted with 3 different people yesterday (Steve, Jeff and Michael) not one of them could tell me if the parts had left the building. I was told I would have answer in about an hour by Jeff yesterday in the earl afternoon. Didn't happen.

This is the reply I just got back from the warehouse. Apparently the issue is with UPS, yours isn't the only one that's having this issue right now.

"Steve this is not in the building, UPS is delayed in scanning as they are still at capacity at our local facility there is nothing I can do my next day area is empty and gets picked up every night".

So UPS does have it, they just haven't scanned it yet. As I said, if it gets to you and you don't want it I'll send a prepaid shipping label to get it back and we'll issue a full credit.

Getting three people involved in one order actually makes things much more difficult and means less time for other issues to be worked on. I think I've been pretty responsive to you since I got involved in this issue. Any one of our people that you get in touch with will have to go through the same steps I've already been through in trying to sort out what's going on. It also then takes time from the guys in the warehouse that are having to reply to multiple people about the same order.

I will do whatever it takes to get this situation sorted but please, try to keep me as the primary point of contact.
