I took it out of the car and had another person help. We just could not get it to look right. The piece that gave me the worst time was the top of the airbag cover. Holy frak that was a pain in the ass.

how did you fill in all the groves in the panels. i hate the fact that there is like 80 groves in the panels

I didn't have to fill anything. The edges of the overlays are beveled so that helps. I did manage to buy just the overlay for the speedometer bezel and at some point I will re do it.
