Tire pressure with my setup

Alright have a pair of 275/50/15 BFG (old style) drag radials on Summits coming soon from a local guy.

My setup is:
JLT CAI, GT500 TB, UDP, 4.10, Pacesetter LT with O/R H, Eibach sportlines(will probably run my stock springs though), UCA with bracket, LCAs with brackets, PHB with brace

What pressure should be good(of course Ill have to play around with it) and how long of a burnout?

pressure I'd start at 19-20 and work down as need

burnout 4-5 seconds at 50-55 MPH so you see good smoke

Thanks! In May Ill be getting either 275/60/15s MT et streets or et drags
Which would be best choice for just track use. Ill swap the wheels out when I get to the track
