Torque spec for crank bolt

I can't seem to find the torque spec for the crank bolt. Anyone know what it is?

Pretty sure it is 60 ft lbs. undo 360 degrees, 30 ft lbs + 90 degrees.

85ft lbs is what asp recommends.
