2010 Mustang GT
Wheels: 19-10.5s front, 20-10.5s rear
Tires have the same revolutions per mile, 755.
New motorcraft clock spring and steering angle sensor calibrated with a Snap on Solus.
Car is also calibrated for larger tire size.
Issue: when driving, the traction control and advancetrak randomly kick in for no reason. This is traveling at 45mph in a straight line. The only code it keeps throwing is C1278 for steering angle sensor 1 and 2. When watching the data display on the scanner, it shows correct rotation in one PID but in the “degrees clockwise” it never resets to 0 when the wheel is centered. It just continues to add clockwise degrees. All speed sensors are reading correctly according to the scanner. The harness at the rear is also not melted as others have found. No other codes present.
