What size rear tires are you using?
I run BFG KDWII 255/45/18 27 inch dia in the winter, M/T 305/45/18 28.8 inch dia DR's in the summer and M&H 325/45/17 28 inch dia DR's at the track

I had wastegates open to atmosphere and went the other way. I had them routed back into the exhaust to keep the noise down. Every PoPo in a 1/4 mile would hear me when I got on it.
