As long as my deployment doesn't get extended, Ill be at the one in Fontana. My car is basically built for an event like this, should be fun.

This series is very exciting. I've talked to the series creator Jimi Day about this class on several occasions already. Being able to run this series has literally changed which car I am going to race in 2014... which I will discuss in my next S197 Project Build Thread post (later today).

Needless to say we will be at the Ultimate Street Car Association's Texas Motor Speedway event March 21-23, 2014. :thumb2:

Jimi's events run flawlessly usually, this will be quite the departure from that ASCS adventure you had.

Brush up on your drag race skills for the speed stop. Two people from each event will be invited to OUSCI the winner of the event and a pick by management.....but I'm sure you knew that already.

Gotta get my wifes 65 Mustang done and get a set of those 18x11s for my wifes '12.

Ok so what licenses will they take? All they say for group A is a performance driving school? What if you hold multiple licenses in different clubs but it's for bikes?

To be clear, you don't need a license at all, you need not even have any track experience.

In your case, contact them directly and they will help you out. I would think your previous experience would be enough to get into "A"
