I recently upgraded to the new 4 so this is just collecting dust. It's in great shape no dents or deep scratches. The face is 99.9% perfect the back is fairly scratched but your probably not stupid like me and will use it with a case so it's not a problem. Have the original box and a usb cable, I don't have the headphones but will add an aftermarket set if you want.
