Can anyone tell me what this is off of? I would love another set so I can paint them and replace my current ones.

05-07 i believe, the later style's had fewer bolt's holding it down

Some just have more bolt holes but they all will bolt up the the heads fine. In fact I think I'm missing a bolt on one of mine. I thought you were trying to find some fancy valve cover. I might have a set in my garage if I didn't toss them out. I'll see if I can find them for you.
