Lol im a very big guy and loaded trunk no stereo stuff though car weighs in @ 3720 with about 100lbs or more n the trunk
people get seduced by hp numbers and don't know what happens when you loose power at mid rpm ranges with heavy wheels and stock gears.
I am in no way saying the boss intake is bad, I am saying on a heavier car the loss of mid range power can be seen. and you would not be the first person to see it.
6'3 450lbs
I think 4200lbs isn't helping either.
109 mph isn't bad for 4200lbs. However at 109 mph I would think you should be in at least the 1.8 to 1.7 range minimum 60' wise with 434 rwhp.
the 305/45/18 is a pretty damn tall tire, combined with 4200lbs, its going to be hard to get that to 60 foot. How tall of a tire is that? 29 tall? Sounds huge.
Would have to be really big,

yea man im currently working on kicking those people out of the car right now.
will i see a difference if i put control arms on and relocation brackets??
got some updated numbers from last week @ the track
1st run i ran the 2nd run i gave the car to my friend to drive, he bogged it @ the line and was shifting @ 64-6500 rpms
r/t .116 .067
60' 2.386 2.119
330 6.118 5.626
1/8 9.067 8.476
mph 83.19 87.15
1000 11.56 10.881
1/4 13.644 12.907
mph 108.65 111.73
my friend said he needs some more seat time in my car to bring the times down. how much lower you think it can come??? will he be able to do a low 12 sec pass or even maybe high 11's???
i will be driving my own car but he is definitly 250lbs lighter than me![]()
