What kind of a shine does it leave? I used to be a fan of super wet looking tires but they attract too much dust usually so I've settled for more of a black semi gloss finish.

I will looking into picking some up in the future. So it maintains protection for months, do I use other trim detailers to maintain shine?

No purpose to use a sealant, there is no sealant on the market that can beat what CQuartz and products like its protective qualities. You can wax it for the look, but you lose CQuartz's slickness until the wax wears off.
