What do I do if I have been possibly scammed.

I wish I knew...he was a vendor here so that info should
be somewhat available.Just in the last month I was given
his new cell # from a fellow scammed member..who is local
to him.Jerry wont answer,only text.I think he is also reading
this thread tonight. He just sent me a text after I posted
above saying by August 21 2011 I will be settled.

I dont beleive him.

What is his area code. We can get a general area of what part of the sate he is in. There is only a few decent sized city's

any further...only after he settles with everyone he owes.

So is it okay? For him to send the money via his gf paypal and him marking it as gift. My paypal was attached directly to my debit card, the bank made my debit in active and shredded my card due to the fraud. So how will the money get to me?

i dont blame you at all well if he does send it tell him you want it sent legit and that he cover the fees just so everything is on record. then you have nothing to worry about

You got it man. I am afraid he will say I sold him or his gf something then try to do to me what we are attempting to do to him. I got burned by him once I don't want to get burned again. Just being extra cautious I don't know how slick he is. But I do have my emails.

No, tell him you want it to say what the refund is exactly for.....have it all documented the right way. Even if he just puts it in the comment section of the paypal send, just to cover both of your backs
