What do I do if I have been possibly scammed.

Well..since this thread started and has blown up in
record time,I heard from the crook.Mind you..its just
over 1300 he owed me. I cut that to 800 to help him
out.Since then-2yrs and alot of BS.Last year nothing
no contact,until I recently found him again through a
concerned member.It's basically all the help I've had.

So now,as it stands.Jerry Tubbs texted me on sunday
telling me same ole drama,I didnt care to read it.I did
demand a date to be paid.


He comes back with ..."by AUG 21st 2011..and you can
keep these texts as proof that I will make this right"

So,come August...this GREEK will really be pissed and
will be taking up any Kentucky member that wants to
help me out if he dont pay me the 800.Not to mention
the few others he stole from...back then as a VENDOR!

yea actually emails me once a day saying the same shit, his paypal acct is locked and cant refund my money?? same ole shit!

Probably because it's new and Paypal requires a bunch of validation before sending and receiving payments, any big amounts of payments received or sent result in that. I've dealt with Paypal alot and just switched my account a year ago and had something similar happen...one call to them and it was all fixed the same day

Toms river is about 40 minutes from me and was always down there for the car scene.... sorry to hear about this... I got jacked up for about 5 grand when I bought a beat motor from a guy that used to be big into the forums then dissappeared...
