What do we think of this NTK 22060 that I pulled b/c P0153?

They just look a little sooty as you get close to the threads. I take it that means I'm running a little rich.

Looks like a normal O2 to me…

You can go old school and read spark plugs but The only accurate way to know rich/lean is A/F gauge or EGT.

I actually switched back to the NTK sensors and haven't had any issues. Exhaust leaks can throw this code. That's what was happening to me.
