They both serve the same puprose and will help eliminate wheel hop in the rear, one just allows you to adjust in the middle, possibly for more lateral tension, but when all is said and done, either will be benefical to help plant the power to the ground.

the 1 with rod ends at 1 end will hold the rear end more securly, less give than the poly urethane bushings. But it will transmit a bit more noise. I have lcas with poly bushing but my uca has a rod end on 1 end. Even with the poly bushed lcas there is a huge difference in how tight the rear end feels. IMHO it seemed like it would be easier to adjust 1 control arm w/a uca than 2 with adj lcas. It is, but getting to the uca is a pain in the ass. So if I was to do it over I'd do a solid uca and adj lcas, live and learn.
