Any head work or cams? With my 3.125" and stock lower with stock heads and long tubes I was seeing around 11psi. So a 3.0" should be around 14psi on a stock engine.

I'd recommend getting a larger pulley then. How much boost do you want to run? Or what horsepower goal are you trying to meet?

This is just weird. My gen 2 with a 3.5 pulley makes 9-10 psi and a 3.375 pulley made 14psi and blew my engine. According to the chart, it shouldnt have made that much. Ive had LTs through out the pulley changes.

Mine always made more than it was supposed to. A 3.375 made 12.6 for me with 9.4:1 pistons. A 3.625 made 10.6 with the stock motor.

Keep in mind that the whipple supplied injectors and stock maf will both be running out of headroom by 500rwhp so watch that a/f gauge real close.

with l/t's h offroad hpipe, blow thru mufflers, comp 127300's bbk throttlebody, port matched plenum for bbk, on stock engine and 3.25 pulley i was at 10.9 lbs. max. just switched to a steeda 10 rib, still at 10.9. higher altitude is going to rob some boost also
