Wideband Questions

I just got my cobalt wideband hooked up and had a couple questions for you guys.I ran a power wire to the kick panel fuse box and tied it into the ambient lighting fuse.10 amp ,Is this an acceptable power source?It seems to be working fine and comes on when the key is on,just wanted to make sure its a safe hook up.I have a inline fuse in it.I grounded it under the hood on the drivers side at a good ground source.Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm not an electrical guru.Thanks

I hooked mine up to the ABS. I'm sure yours is a fine power source.

I hooked mine up to one of those fuses that turn on with the key. I'd say your good.
