Wifi Hotspot

I have a AT&T Mifi 2372 for sale. Used for less than two months and its been sitting in the box ever since. Works great and no issues at all. Still have all orginal parts and battery and charger. Has a SD Card slot for wi-fi sharing. Have no use for it and dont wanna just throw it away. Needs SIM card and plan to work obviously. I think it will work with T-Mobile as well but not sure.

Do you have to have a separate dataplan for using this if you are already with AT&T?
Or can you attach this with your CURRENT dataplan.

you have to have a separate data plan. they are as cheap as 20 bucks to 60 bucks depending on how many GBs of data you want. but its all on one bill. Thats how i did it.
