Would I need an SFI Flexplate?

If installing a higher stall TC, would I need to also get a new flex plate? I would get the new/larger oil pan with filler tube.

Not necessary. Depending on how fast you plan to run, it may be a good idea to put a SFI unit on while the trans is pulled. It's not difficult to do.

Thanks, I don't plan on doing FI yet. No matter how I look at it, its going to cost $6k+ for an SC. So for now I'm going to just do supporting more that would get me to 11.5. TC and gears (either 3.55 or 3.73) are currently competing over who will be the next mod.
