WTB: 2005-2009 Door Panel (Dark Charcoal)

I'm looking to purchase a drivers side door panel (dark charcoal) with a black leather vinyl insert. Please let me know if the vinyl is sagging at all.

I'm willing to pay for shipping, but am located in Central Florida for local pickup as well.

Do you need the subs in the door or the base interior door panel?

I need the sub in the door panel unfortunately. If somebody had both without the subs I would considering just switching both panels.

Thanks for the input, unfortunately it was a little more than I wanted to spend for the door panel. I found one for $150 shipped, but am looking to spend about $100 or i'm just going to end up reupholstering both panels.

The fabric on my driver side is completely ruined which is why i'm searching for a whole new panel and not just repairing it.
