As the title says I'm looking for a stock 3650 input shaft thats not damaged.

Try this guy. I've dealt with him before and seems to know his stuff. He sells cryo treated input shafts. I don't recall seeing them listed on the website separately so you'll need to call him.

is this for a cryo treated one as well? or just stock?

You can ask him, but he will most likely recommend the 26 spline. But I know he has a bunch of stock 10 splines laying around.
