I had clears before with chromed amber bulbs and they're really dim.

If you stay with the stock ambers let me know if you can see them

Check any AZ craigslist. They've been busting everyone for anything smoked. Ironically, they don't care how dark your windows are here in Havasu.

Can you use the stock bulbs in these? Are the stock bulbs amber?

I buy the ones from Depot lights. Good quality, have a mirrored interior to reflect properly, and haven't had any sealing issues.
