WTB: stock 05-09 throttle body

Couple questions along with the WTB.

First, what's the average going rate of a used stock throttle body?

Second, did they make any changes to them over the years? I've got an 09 so just want to make sure I get one that's sufficient.

i normally find 07-2012 stock gt500 60mm tb's for $75 shipped WITH all the electronics. I would imagine the stock gt would be less as many pull them off for upgrades. I would pay maybe $50 shipped max for one. I threw my stock one away lol

I agree with that to a point, if they have the TPS motor and electronics they should pull more than $50...check out how much the 3 pieces individually go for from Ford.

In my life I've always followed a rule. Never pay more than half the new price for a used part. I got that from my dad and I've never done otherwise. I'm not sure what the new price is but I can get gt500s for 100$, seen them all over. And I have seen many after markets for 400-450 so I can't see paying more than 50$ for a used stocker. Got one lined up locally for 50$ with everything ready to go so hoping that all goes through.

I know a few people that may have some laying around if not. Just bought another gt500 two days ago for $75 to my door. I will look again but don't think I have any more stock. If I do you can have it for shipping. I will check in the morning. either way if you have one local for $50 that is a fair price if it is a sure thing
