Does the steering wheel directly bolt on or does it need a hub? Also, is there a way to disable the SRS system to use this wheel?

you need a hub and adapter, you can use a resistor to make the car think you never took the airbag out

Yeah, it's a straight bolt on to the stock bumper mate and is a lot more effective than the CS bumper, which is pretty much just a 'cosmetic' diffuser.
