Sup fellas,
looking for ideas on where some of you may have installed you Zex "brain" in the engine compartment... also what CAI did you screw it into?

I have a turbo. I put the nozzle 10 inches away from the TB

Ahh.. I was looking at installing in on a JLT.. but i was just curious if the curve to the TB would cause puddling?

I have mine mounted in a similar fashion:

I had the same setup as the guys above me, but my tuner suggested that the nozzle be no less than 6 inches away from the throttle body. When i had it where the guy above me has it, the nitrous and fuel was causing a crazy dyno graph and was sputtering.

zex recommends 6 to 12 or 18 inches

My nozzle is more than 12" from the TB and I don't seem to have any problems, but I'm spraying a very small shot.

I haven't had any problems with the set up, and the dyno tune session went well. The AFR was great. I wonder why yours caused problems

Could have been plugs, the tune, or some other things. I am turbo now so no need to worry about it now :D lol
