The weak link in the 3650 is the input shaft so yes I would recommend it. That is the only upgrade I've done to my 3650 and it's been holding up well. I believe you would need a shop to do the swap unless you can work on the trans yourself since I think alot of disassembly is required. I don't know for sure since I had it done while my engine was built.

What do you guys use to convert for Youtube? I found MP4 compressed by H264 to be best over all, this vid is 1280 x 780 but was recorded in full HD 1920 x 1080, took 15-20 min to upload!!! and i have a 10 mbps connection.
