Some of you may remember me posting about a friend's truck that got stolen from a hotel in Myrtle Beach while he was down there for a car show.

This one..

His wife had the flames airbrushed on there, he wasn't too happy about that.

He bought himself another one within 2 weeks. This time he went a little different route.

The color is Candy Brandywine. He built this one in honor of his Mom, Ruby. She passed a couple of years ago.

It still has some finishing to be done but he wanted to get it out and drive it.

Nice! My best friend is into those square body Chevy's. I helped him put a lot of work into his old '87 4x4 back in the day (4" and then a 6" lift,3/4 ton axle swap, 4spd swap,etc).

It is a pretty nice looking truck.

His next project is a 67 Camaro that I think he's going to do a frame off restoration on.

Clean truck (like the old one too sans the flames)... I'd love me a 70 C10 (theres a lower 70 Blazer around here that is siiiiick)
