As far as I know they are good na or fi. I put them in with the plan of going turbo but ran into a financial slump between work and school.

I think there is a few guys running these with a turbo on this site.
Lightblade runs them with turbo i believe:



I never took videos of them on my car. They weren't in long at all. They didn't really have a choppy idle more mild. I definitely felt a difference with these and a good pick up in my 1/4mi time.
