From personal experience, I would suggest double keying the crank. If you are interested I have the ATI balancer & 12 rib belt system for the Procharger. :beer:

How much were you pushing when the pulley slipped on the crank? I was able to drive a D1SC to 19psi with a single, factory keyway and 8 rib belt. A friend of mine took his to 23psi with one keyway.
