Tire selection for front runners drag only

Is there anything to look for when choosing front runner tires for drag purposes only? It would seem any front runner tire would work but i have no experience with them

it depends, you running bias ply or radial in the back? you really shouldnt be mixing the two although people have gotten away with it. You should search the forum as this has been covered many times. good luck
