White spot on plastic

Does anyone have an idea on how to repair this? It looks as if the dye is fading from the plastic, which I didn't think was possible. I've tried scrubbing it with interior cleaner and 409 with no change.

That doesn't look like dirt. It looks like something pressed against it and bent it since its only plastic. It came back to its orginal shape after the pressure was relieved.

Do you know of any dye that matches our interior?
