how about every car on here with the same louvers, hood scoop, fake hood pin kit, halo projectors, aftermarket HIDS,etc and every other $89.95 pre painted piece from American muscle.

oh and to top it off the car would probably be sitting on torq thrusts,gt4s or the ever so creative FR500s

i love mustangs, but damn people need to stop ordering parts from American muscle and cruizinconcepts.

Best post i've seen on here all week.

"Bro, check out my Fake hood pins, 4:10s and SLP loudmouths I got from American Muscle. My mustang is so fucking sick bro."

Baller wheels, funny that half of these people don't realize how much they cost and how long it takes to get them. Some Advan RZs were over an 8 month wait...

Needs more low.

If the OP actually drifts, autocrosses, or road races, then that's awesome that he spent over $6,000 on a set of functionally lightweight rims and tires.

Otherwise, WTF?

Those wheels are $6k? I don't think they look bad, but for $6k you can get some way better looking shit.

Anyway, i like what you've done OP. Extremely unique.

I enjoy seeing much different setups such as wheels like this. Personally I like unique setups that challenge the persona of a muscle car such as the mustang. It takes skill and a keen vision and much more effort than the application of adhesive hood pins.

it all comes down to what you want to be sitting in your driveway - a drag slicked monster or a hyperflushed beast. either way its personality that is injected into these cars and kuddos to the OP for it.

however there is a solid line between what is awesome and what is down right retarted; I cannot defend lambo doors, spinners, gold accents, teeth grills, and pre-marital intercourse.

I like the rims, the hood, the trunk lid, the stance, and pretty much the rest of the car.

The color of the rims makes me want to go choke a squirrel though.

Holy shit this thread is pure win.

"hyperflushed beast" on "$6,000 rims" made my day. These wheels are about $2400 if they are real.

1. Irrespective of whether the OP drifts, auto-x, etc., WTF has it got to do with you what he spends his money on?

2. How the fuck did you come up with a figure of $6,000?

Galloping, you pretty much nailed what I was thinking when I did this. Kudos.

$6,000 is more than I payed for these wheels.

I drift it. Not with those tires, though. That's what I kept the factory wheels for. Maybe a tire sponsor will come along one day.....

The car is getting lowered (more) at some point. Teins, most likely.

oh and OP moar lowar!! these are the type of wheels that NEED to see tire tucked on all four!

Love the wheels! Love the color!

Haters Gunna Hate!

keep rockin' it OP

OP - Good play on the joke. Not my wheels of choice, but as long as you are happy, that's all that mattes.

duggyb - So, same louvers, and original rims, and hood scoops?

Pretty sure you are a hypocrite.

So, you have the same louvers I've seen on over a dozen of the cars here, same fake hood scoop, and the ever so original bullitt wheels.

Not starting something, but, let's be real man. Where did you get your tail lights? They look exactly like something from American Muscle or another online store, haha.

I like it. Then again I'm tired of seeing FR500's, Bullitts and Saleens on every mustang ever made. Who cares what other people think, as long as you like it.
