LOL! Thank YOU!

Just so you know, I've had shipments arrive at my house while the UPS site said the same thing. But more than likely, your gauges just haven't shipped yet. The gauges have suddenly become even more popular than they once were due to people like Lethal and RDK linking up with them and putting them on their websites. It is a hand made instrument.

But I do agree. Their customer service sucks. It used to be really good even though email was, and is, the only way to contact them. But since they have gotten busier, their customer service sucks.

Ryan was excellent at trying to reach them on my behalf....but there's only so much he can do. Then it falls on the company. Ryan was great, so don't let this situation prevent anyone from dealing with RDK in the future.

Well, the package is now showing shipped, so I guess they did ship as they said this time. What pisssed me off is I was told they shipped last week on the 12th. That they were going to send me the satin bezel gauges because those were instock and then ship just the black bezel to me this week.

When I got the tracking number yesterday and seen that it had not even went out until then, I was mad. They bascially told me a lie about when it shipped and I felt I was stalled and gave the run around to keep me from canceling my order.

I will agree with you Frank on Ryan (RDKPerformance)did everything he could to get the gauges to me. He emailed and tried calling them allmost everyday checking on them. There response was so so slow and never gave no more info other than a few words. When he asked if they had shipped last week and could he get a tracking number there response was no more than "Yes". Come on, a one word email for a customer who spent $$$ on their gauges and dealer who has sold more than five of them that I know of. Thanks Ryan for your help, might be the only reason I keep their gauge. Because I know this is how you make your money and atleast your customer service is great!!!

Now somebody has gave them wind of this thread and how a few people have said there customer service sucks on here. Todd at Aeroforce has been emailing long three paragraph emails defending his company saying this and that. My question now is why I couldn't get that kinda response on my gauges when me and the dealer asked??????

So tell them what you think on here or start another thread :tj:
They are obvious from their emails are not happy with my post and others!

I have just called it like I see it! Great gauge, horrible customer service!

Buy them if you want and they most likely will be a great gauge and work awesome. This seems to me the general respone by the people who use them. Just hope you dont have to deal with them directly on anything, no phone number to the public and emails are very slow and short. GOOD LUCK

Todd taking notice with one customer is not enough...their lack of customer service has been like this for a long long time. Same shit happened to Bama...too small of an operation with too large of a customer base. Delays and lack of timely response just started pissing people off. At least with that there are alternate tuners...are there similar alternatives to these gauges? By the way, I do have one of these gauges and love it.

I was literally about to purchase two of these gauges but seeing the turn around time, I guess I will have to decide on something else...Glad I saw the thread because I need some gauges ASAP...hmmmm, what to do

Ordering them is up too you!?!?!?

They seem to be great gauges and work fine. Everybody says nothing but good things about them, take this thread for example. I am just not happy with the company that makes them. I particulary do not care to be told one thing and have another happen when I am the customer given you my hard earned money for a product. Just not a way to run a business in my opinion. Would call them and tell them that, but wait they don't have a number to be reached by! Only can be reached by forum or email, good luck!

I recently ordered one for my car, with my work schedule it really don't matter to me if it takes a couple weeks to come in.

They seem to be worth the wait especially for the 2011 on up cars.

Not saying they are not worth the wait or quality gauges! Just don't like be told one thing and then another and none of it be true. I see that as lying to the customer and that is not a way to run a business.

The gauge quality and the ship time is not my compliant.

Mine come in tomorrow. I will be installing them during the Hurricane this weekend! I may have to find a way to lift the car up, during the last tropical storm we did get several inches of water in the garage, if this thing really is a Cat1 or 2 when it gets here, it may be far worse.

Thanks again Ryan (RDK), he has to pull teeth to get these things from the company, as does everyone it seems.

So now that I've been running these gauges for a couple of weeks, I must admit that I'm in love with them! I've got both of them set to flash the redlights for 7100RPM and for high engine temps. You can set each gauge up to flash the lights for two different parameters, so with dual gauges, you can have four different parameters that will flash you a warning light. But right now, I'm using them mainly as a shift light.

Not to mention all the performance data you can have them read out. 0-60, 1/4 mile, HP, so on and so forth. If you take your time and really go through the settings to give the gauges all the data they need to properly display performance data, you can get the MPG down to within a couple of 10ths of what you actually get when doing the math manually. It seems like all the performance parameters are equally as close if you set the gauges up properly.

As far as them not reading knock goes, that's what the SCT and a laptop can do. It isn't like the tune is going to suddenly start knocking unless you get shitty gas. What other 2-1/16" gauge out there CAN monitor knock? I'm not aware of one.

Well i finally received a return form from aeroforce- so my gauges are being shipped back to them for a reflash- i hope this solves my issue. They do have super slow customer service- but if they end up fixing it then i have no problem with them. I rather have slow service then none at all.

Ill let you all know how long i have to wait for them to come back in the event you ever have to send yours back for a update.

Just like Tom trying to figure out knock settings im trying to figure out oil pressure settings- if anyone does this mod to make them show oil pressure any information would be helpful. i believe you have to install a oil sensor somewhere and hook it up to the analog side of the gauge.

^^ i believe platform 4 is the correct setting to use- this gives you the ability to monitor most of the new features from the PCM- like my gauges i couldn't get A/F ratio because mine seemed to be stuck on platform 1.

I received my gauges yesterday by the big brown truck, love that truck!. They look very nice and are well packed and have both white and black faces with silver and black bezels also. Still have not descided if I am going to keep them or not. Just still not happy with the transaction to get them.

But now that I have spoke up it seems like alot of people are aware of the poor customer service and slow response to emails and such. This is not just a one time incident, that is something that has been going on for a bit, had no clue myself until now.

I guess I was surprised with it. Especially from a company that makes such a nice product and has very good reviews on their gauges.

Last I talked to you, you were experimenting with the different platforms. Just wanted to make sure #4 was the correct platform since I will be installing them this weekend. :thumb:

Yeah, Platform 4 is the right one for our 2011+ Mustang's.

Post pics when you're done installing them! Didn't you go with the SOS pods?
