I competed at the Forum Wars event with him; you'll have a blast but even in October it can be hot (or windy like last year)

I've hit the last post of this 17 page thread which appears to have been submitted on 28 April 2011. Where do we stand on the results of this Boss 302 intake?

The results on our car speak for themselves.

11.12@122mph is our best time so far. The car has gone a best of 123mph. Here is the short list of mods.

Dynatech LT's, no cat mids
Pypese 3 inch supersystem
Boss intake
JLT CAI
Mcleod RST clutch
Metco LCA's with relocation brackets
Alum one piece DS
Stock 3:73 gears with true trac diff

Stock shock, springs, struts.

Racestar 15x10's on the rear with 28x10.5x15
Racestar 17x4's

Race weight of 3550 with driver.

Tq reduction was on in those runs and we are shooting for better times soon.

JJ if you don't mind, what did you do to shed weight other than the wheels and driveshaft?

Swaybar/Rad support/delete

Corbeau seats both passenger and drivers

Thats it as far as weight savings.

Lots of stock parts still on this car and the engine has never been touched.

Also for anyone wondering how the Mcleod RST clutch is holding up I have beaten the heck out of it and raced it for over a year now with no issues. Most likely 150 passes down the 1/4 and street driven as well.

i'd give my left nut for a 3550 lb race weight lol

Considering my car was 3695 when raced stock its not that much of a difference and that's why I got a 300a car. No frills other then the brembos. :)

I could get down to 3500 if I really wanted to but most street classes want 3500 min weight so its staying this way for awhile.
