those are actually finished, that crane on top is actually a window washing system. a lot of the buildings have them. and they are apartments on i think 48th street and 11th avenue.

upper west side, those twin black buildings are the time warner/ aol buildings in columbus circle.

midtown, with the empire state building. you can see more of those window washer hoists on top of some of the buildings.

this is the tower crane on my job, i meant to get a pic from the street, but was running late going home and forgot to snap one. ill get it tomorrow.
