Tiger racing super louver hood

Does anyone know if this hood clears the TVS blower.

There is more room than stock over the engine over the blower. There is no reinforcement bars on the underside. But the first couple vents can come really close to the airbox or CAI kit. Not problem clearing on my car but my engine is lowered 3/4".

By the way here is my solution for the washers.

What hood props are you using? Have you had any problems with them warping the hood?

I had a Steeda CAI, but the hood wouldn't close because of the louvers coming into contact with it. I could have cut into one of the louvers to make it fit, but I decided to swap the Steeda CAI out for a JLT one instead and that fits perfectly.

Those are just passive titanium/carbon things. They use clips that hold the hood open. I made them to fit the brackets I had already attached for the Redlines struts but even the low pressure of the Redlines made me nervous when pulling down on the hood.

If it rains, will the cold air intake get wet? has anyone put this on a 11+ car with a Roush TVS and JLT Big Air intake?

That explains it. I knew I had been to their website before, wasn't sure if I had seen the '11 compatible hood available though. No worries, nothing I NEED, no reason to contact anyone. I'll just wait for them to work out their website problems.

My car pictured above is a 2010 same hood as the 2011 and 2012. The carbon version is rough don't expect a finish flat and smooth the fiberglass hood is much better for cosmetic finish.

I have the Carbon Version on my 2007 GT 500 and it fits and functions just fine. It's been through several So Cal downpours, Hail, everything..... I have not experienced any trouble from my engines electronics or water going into my K&N filter. It attracts a lot of attention and questions at shows while also being totally functional and keeps my intake temps down to only 5-10 degrees above ambient temperature (while in motion). In stop and go traffic they get into the 120-130 degree range. Stock hood the temps would be in the 220 degree + range. Sure you can see where the 2 halves of the hood bonded (especially because my car is black) but it weights 15 pounds, is unique, and does it's job. Paul Brown is a awesome hardworking dude. I give him nothing but props on everything he does. Guy's go buy this hood. You will not regret it.
