I would first contact eBay about the unauthorized use of your picture. That is a no-no on eBay.

I would definatley reject the package.

Also..everyone should email him with a link to this thread to see how long they stay on eBay...LOL

I'm not taking shit back from this guy unless it is deemed necessary by PayPal. He hasn't responded to anything and still won't so I will probably just leave it at that. I plan on taking the car to JPC to get it dyno'd so I have faith it will all be good to go. I'll think about cams broadly, but if I don't get them now, I won't mind too much.
If he installed the cams he can not send back to you using paypal. You would win the case. If the item can not be returned in original condition then you win. You can find multiple articles showing if cams are run they wear after 1 second of use. Therefore keep emails or what not if he states he used the product.

I had a person buy tires and wheels from me used them for a couple of months. Didn't like the tires so decided to change them and ripped a tire while taking off and tried to blame me for everything and did a paypal dispute. Luckily I had proof that he could not return in original condition and the amount was set back to me.

Someone should have acted as a legit buyer and messaged him about them. Match emails to the paypal address he used to buy them and bam send all that to ebay and paypal. They wouldn't appreciate a scammer.

The fact that he went over PayPal to get money back after over 10 days of getting product without contacting me should be sufficient the way I see it. So far he has not responded to PayPal or I.

I'm upset since it is just thievery and taking advantage of this buyers protection shit that helps us buyers when we do a lot of online commerce. Plus it's a good amount of money, including the original amount for shipping he is getting back.

Gallopping it seems there is no seller protection anymore. Everything is just one click away for a seller to put a hold on your funds. Its a very sad environment.

Better contact paypal before your "Reject" a return.

I have been quiet about my m90 ordeal to see how it ends up. I was told by paypal I had to send it back to him on my own dime...($190 PISSED).

I asked specifically what happeneds if he "rejects" the blower and they said that him rejecting or accepting would be the same result..my money back.

I agree. It's just the product of something that helps people; it can be easily exploited in the other direction.

I contacted ebay and they made him remove it. It was so wierd how all of this has gone down. I mean it is a $100 part I have perfect feedback on items that cost way more then that and I am a power seller on ebay with over I think like 5k positive feedbacks for our motorcycle parts business. I certainly wouldnt rip someone off on a $100 item to ruin my reputation. I told him last week to send it back and I would refund. Now I see not only is it on ebay but its still on there like a week after we had our discussion. I wouldnt play someone like that.

Well, if you need his address, phone number, DOB, family info, school info, let me know.

well in my defense i am listing them to try a recover my money if i sent them back it was going to cost me shipping plus he said he was doing to deduct the original shipping amount so im out 20-30 dollars for no reason i sshould not have posted his pic but there were boxed and didnt feel like opening them either way not trying to make money just my money back i put new tape on them and had them buffed and waxed but as i listed in the auction i would repaint them. not trying to start any trouble here

Your worried about being out $20-30? You DO realize that between paypal fees, ebay fees, shipping on ebay, it's gonna be a lot more then that right?

People these days...

So you would paint them for the buy, which means that you would have to reopen the packaging...... You don't want them do to the "damage", but don't want to take an updated pic because you would have to reopen the package.......

Am I getting this correct.....

BTW, you always have to pay return shipping if you want to return something, that's life. Now that you have listed them you better hope they sell, because if I was the original seller I wouldn't even consider taking them back now.

Classy, bye now
