I have an opportunity to buy a full drivetrain out of an 06 mustang with 35k on it. Stock engine and transmission (auto), all the harness, shifter, dash cluster, pedals, the whole deal. What is something like this worth?

1400 is a fuckin steal assuming it all works. I just paid 2400 for an engine alone!

That's how much it was going to cost me to do a 4.0 to 4.6L swap and I would've had to drive SERIOUS miles to go pick it up. Delivery woulda been stupid outrageous JUST for a motor............no wiring harness, no nothing. motor only.

Holy mackeral burkem!!!

I have a 1965 f100 that would be fun to do a restomod project with. Or (more likely) I would build the motor and put it in my mustang and sell the other parts.

At $1400 bucks I would buy and build it so big I'd need a 65 story crane to get it in the engine bay then I would sell my old stuff. No down time other than a swap.

Go buy it. You could sell your stock motor after youre done with the build for more than what you paid for that stuff
