That's badass man.

I'm thinking about ordering either a 2013 ram or a 2011+ 6.2 f150

Idk about keeping stang or not cant decide

I would wait a bit and see how the new 8 speed trans in the 2013 ram is! I don't think its going to be available right away. They are saying there should be a significant increase in fuel mileage. Although I am more than happy with my 2010 Ram with the older 5 speed trans.

That Trans had me wanting it. I had a 09 ram sport and loved it, only thing I hated is the hesitation in the Eco mode when it switched to it, but they fixed that the year after

Where everything is bigger
We had all dodges for work hemi and cummins trucks. This year we went all ford. The dodges held up well never had any major issues out of any of them. My main work truck had 450k on it all work truck miles not a highway hauler. The main reason we went with ford was because of price. dodge would not make us a deal and we were tired of the gas mileage and we really only needed one HD truck so we kept the 05 ctd 3500. My new work truck is a SXT RCSB 5.0 (so hard not to want to mod)is always hauling a trailer it pulls better than the older hemi but likes to be wound out. Unloaded ive only gone through maybe a tank without a trailer but its avg 19 80/20 hwy city. Which is awesome for me. I did notice it used alot of oil the first oil change. I'm keeping an eye on it.

Also have a fx2 4 door 5.0 does alittle worse gas mileage wise just due to its a bigger truck but still does pretty well. I love the interior and all the options. The back seat has tons of room.

Also a fx4 eco boost 4 door with 3:73's if you drive easy on flat ground it gets 20-21mpg but otherwise, the 5.0 about the same in normal condtions. The power of the EB is awesome just crusing around town always power on tap. I haven't hauled with it much so can't give a good gas mileage rating hauling but power wise it feels like a diesel power band. Doesn't take near as much throttle to get moving.

Good to hear you are liking the Fords. Yes watch the oil in the 5.0. That engine burns tons of oil! My 5.0 in my mustang goes through 1-2 quarts every 5000 miles.

Copy cat! Congrats. Red is so sexy. That's was my second choice. Also, do your door sheet metal seem really flimsy? Will you be keeping your stripes?

Also, I was driving the other day, and I heard a big DING...today I found out why, there's a rock dent and chip in my drivers side fender.

Looks great Nick! You go with the 5.0 or Ecoboost? And I love those rims! For a toss up now to try and find a set like those black fx4 rims in 20 for my xlt or get the kmc slider rims. Decisions decisions!

Thanks man. It was well worth the sacrifice.

Ecoboost. Love it too!

The wheels are so nice, and are concave a bit.

Can't go wrong worth either setup. Just no rockstars!

Might be buying a buddies 2011 FTX. I'd get some of the chrome painted but otherwise it's sick!

Aye, the Rockstars are a bit played out and I'm not a big fan of them personally.

Just waiting now on Stainless Works to finish their turbo back exhaust setup they have in R and D now. Only a few good exhaust kits out there for it from what I've seen, Solo and SW being the two best. Solo just released their mid pipe setup, catted and non catted too.

Congrats to the new truck owners!

I love the FX4's! But personally, I'd remove that side stripe. It looks OK on Nick's Race Red truck, but I don't care for it at all on the white one.

You know I had to rep the Race Red.

If I remove the side stripe, I'll do some sort of black theme. Been considering a two-tone.

Just enjoying it for now.

4x4 launches are pretty badass, even in stock trim.

I'm head over heals in love with this truck! Ain't gonna lie, I slept in it last night.

Never done that purposely before.
