I bought the catch can used as you see it. I don't believe the hoses are the same ones that originally come with the kit, but they work just fine.

No, you need longer ones to fit oem or shorty headers!

Yes that's for long tube application, you need those to fit lt's. Longer legs with shorties will no longer be needed

It looks like it could be interchangeable but I can't say for sure. Maybe someone can chime in and confirm.
