How does everyone else get so low, I am on Eibach Multi Pro R2s, basically as low as I can in the front, and the bumpstops are a finger nail from touching.. Maybe I need to cut my bumpstops

Cut your bump stops for sure. Hitting the bump stops all the time will give it a harsh ride. Just be careful with bumps, pot holes and so on. You have to pay attention when driving a car really low. haha

Might be the Camera angle, but rear tires are 285/35/19. The Steeda Ultralights lower the rear about 1.25 "....
