Mid 900's? Good Lord! That's a beast. I wonder how much the GT cams added? Can you hear any difference between them and the stock cams?

There is a small difference in the lope with the GT cams (13-14 gt500 cams too).

Looking forward to the next set of numbers.

I've been looking for a deal on GT cams for a while. I have a new set here, but they're just out of my price range.

Retail is about $1300, but my price is $715. I'm hoping to pay around $400 for a used set.

If I do built engine I will be doing cams.

You can have my GT cams....lol

I'm already looking at doing an aluminum 5.8 once this is done. Or I might do something dumb like buy a used gallardo.

Good for 25-35 from what I've gathered.

I take it that's your car. Sounds similar to 127300 cams in a 3v. There's a nice sound there but you have to listen for it.

My buddy has one. UGR built 1550whp. Baddest car I've road in. Car just moves out, no spin, delay just plants you back and is gone. He is now going to do an R8 V10 with TT. Get one and get to it.

The GT cam's are a great bang for the buck if you can find them slightly used. I know most places sell them for about $700'ish brand new though. They have a tremendous mark up on them.

I mean a set of custom cams can probably put down double their power but for used prices they are a decent mod.

Triple IMO, but yes if you get them for under $400 and your head are already apart or you can swap them yourself, they are a good bang for the buck.
