I am trying to understand the differences in PH bars, so please explain why some MFG's promote chrome moly bars and some promote mild steel, what is the real difference and is chrome moly overkill?
I am a buy it once kinda guy, so if chrome moly is better I would prefer to buy one of that material.

Answers vary widely on this topic but here are my thoughts...
Chromoly is stronger so you can get away with a thinner wall, leaving you with the same strength in a lighter bar. However, on a panhard you probably wouldn't save more than four or five ounces I'm guessing. If weight savings is a concern, just go with an aluminum panhard, which we offer, as do many other manufacturers. We have some guys who really put their cars to the test on the track and love our panhards.

This cadmium plating is often used in military and government applications. It offers very good protection! I'm not sure if you saw it in the original post but I did provide some detailed info about it. The cost is $130 with free shipping right now. That includes the nice silver decal for your wife and the pretty pink shirt for you

Mine came in the mail yesterday. I have yet to open the box as I'm not planning to install it until next week. However, I was shocked at how quickly it arrived. I paid on Tuesday and it showed up here in Alabama on Friday. Impressive.

Tad, are you going to offer a package deal for the Panhard bar and brace, when you get the same color brace in stock?
Just curious, when I finally decide on springs.struts I will be looking again at PH bars.
Also, do you include a 90 degree grease fitting on the driver side end of the PH bar?

Can you PM me and I will send you a picture of this extrememly crooked thing.... It seems the threads or the welds were certainly not concentric and I want to do something about it some way. I could the ebay thing but as long as you are on the board here... we'll talk it out perhaps..

It looks like it is a bow not an arrow!
