Ok I'm back..LOL
My issues started with just a P2135 code, it would happen on start up if I let the car sit for a week or more without driving, once I cleared the code it would run great. Over time it got a little worse and every once and a while would throw the P2135,P0481, P061 and 2105. I replaced the sensor and that only worked for a week or two and the issues came back slowly and got worse over time, it would stall while driving. I took it and had the tune looked at, the idea was to put my stock TB back on, wound up fouling my plugs and he is so busy I got tired of waiting for him (4 weeks) to get to it, I put the FRPP TB back on and got him to data log it for a few miles, said everything looked great. Car sat 2 weeks before we took it out to get lunch ran fine, when we left it would start for 5 seconds and stall, did this for 5-6 times then finally started and ran fine, this was a new problem. I took it to ford dealer they had problems starting, replaced TB sensor and it started right up, they have a new way of testing TB's, so I'm going to have them check the TB since I bought it used on here, I'm also going to check my alternator and battery to be thorough, should know more on Monday. My mechanic did use a ford splice connectors when he did the wiring, so I'm going to have them solder my connections as well. I did check the clocking of the spring on the TB and it checked out. I was wondering if the sensor being right up against the supercharger was an issue for anyone else, I guess not. So the search continues, open to any other ideas?
