violent duckt is a mission recieved on your cell from Gerald. To play it over, once you complete it vote to like it and instead of hitting to continue press the right trigger to replay. I did that a few times and did a ton of co-op missions along with stealing and selling cars.

im unfortunate enough to have not been able to play this mission even once.
and i call gerald like 40 times a day to get jobs

If you take a helicopter to rob the stores it really speeds up the process and you lose the cops quickly.

thats a glitch. They cant kick you, you just lost connection.
