LOL, newman wtf is wrong with your dog? Sounds like you need to invest in training! LOL

Lol. I know, I really do . He's bored when I put him out back. Got a huge back yard and he still wants to fuck everything up . Fixed the cable line he tore up yesterday , and he jumping almost to the overhangs to try and get the wire still.

Here's a video of him from a few weeks ago ...

He drags this around as a play toy most of the time....

Guys how do you pick out what size ceiling fans you need? Every manufacturers website says something different.

2 rooms 10x10 and 1 room 12x18

I just try to grt them sized so that they look right. Not oversized and taking over the room or too small. Our bedrooms all have 52" and I think the boys rooms are both 10x12 and our room is like 12x14.

Our living room and dining room are open so I put up the 60".

52"s in the two 10x10 rooms for sure. The newer fans do not put out nearly the strength as the older fans. If you can fit something bigger in the other bedroom, suspect it's the master bedroom, fit it. You can find 54", 56", 58", and 60" fans.

My kitchen cabinets are not the newest -- 3/8" inset hinges, lots of brass knobs and pulls, and solid oak right out of the 80's -- but the granite counter tops and appliances are all relatively new. I've been working on updating it a bit so tonight I got done replacing all the hardware, and adding a couple of rev-a-shelf products.

I did two, 2-tier pull-out cabinet baskets under the cooktop; two sets of two tip-out trays under the sink and cooktop; double pull-out trash bins; and added the door mount kits to all of them so the cabinet doors mount straight to the basket. Going to add a spice rack pull-out in one of the top cabinets later. The ball bearing slides feel better than my damn tool box drawers, even when loaded with all the wife's cast iron cookware. Shit's awesome.

I picked up one of these today, love it, i can finally organize and reach all the Tupperware. Hopefully i can get a wall mount wine glass holder soon to get them out the top shelf. I want to get a couple more for the pots and pans and maybe under the sink but i gotta pace myself that shit is expensive. I consider myself pretty handy, but dam if i didnt feel stupid trying to install the door mount kit.

F* me. That is a great looking house... then I saw the recliners with the tablet holders... that's just badass.

Yeah the AV equipment is being installed Friday. Projector, screen, 7.1 surround, etc. Can't wait!!

Thanks for the compliment

Cool deal!

I was planning on building a home theater above the detached garage, but I'm thinking I'd rather use a room in the house.

What kind of hardware are you getting? I've been running various LCD projectors for about 10 years, but I'm warming up to DLP.

Amen to that. The door kits are a f'ing nightmare to get just right. They definitely get easier to do, but I think I'd rather do an exhaust tip alignment with no lift, jack, or jackstands, and with one arm tied behind my back. In the dark. Drunk.

I got a JVC RS-4810 projector, Onkyo TX-NR929 receiver, some old Klipsch F3's I've had for years, and a Klipsch RC-64 II center channel. Sides and rears will be in-walls.

Great receiver. I love the Onkyo stuff! This will be a pretty awesome set-up. I'm pretty jelly man! :thumb2:

Pacettr that house and theater is just awesome.

I finally got rid of my 36" Sony Vega tube TV that weighed 300lbs but that thing would not die even after 14 years. I replaced it with a Samsung 60" plasma and new stand.

Then I cleaned out the gutters this morning.

Wow, I'm out of my league in this thread. Today I bought and installed a garage door opener. Never installed one before so it took me all afternoon. Had to build some bracing to hang from the rafters to hold the motor end. Got it all up and working on an extension cord for now. Will have my neighbor the electrician install an outlet on a separate breaker just for the opener.
