Well I got bored one day and bought some bc coil overs, and thought id take the black f14's off of the lexus and try them on the pony. Here are the results. I also added some pics of my car on the other f14's and k springs.

Man, your car is really low to the ground. I like the look but I would be skeered to drive over an expansion joint in the road or even a pebble.

I have to say that I like the contrast of the unpainted rims with the black car. The black rims give the car a more sinister/meaner look but it ends up being a whole lot of black. No flame intended, I'm just throwing in my 2 cents.

You're doing a great job keeping that black beast looking good. :thumb2:

Thanks guys! And it is my dd surf stang, there are no bumps on my commute with fairly nice roads, I'm running it low until the tires are gone then I'm raising it up to mount some 20" cf10s!

I love the all black look! It just needs some spacers to bring them out a little. Also leave that bitch low when you get the new 20" CF10's.:thumb2:

Pic 2 makes the front end look like the fitment you'd find on a nissan hardbody on bags in the late 90's.

I like the look otherwise, and suggest plastidipping your wheels to see how it would look with the right offset.

Looks familiar... although the offset looks off.

It is running some negative camber so that might be part of it, they looked fine at first but then it settled haha

The titanium and black f14's are actually the same offset, and it totally does look like a slammed hardbody!

It might be hard to leave it that low on the 20s, they're 10's up front and 11s out back but I'll try! Can't wait to see how they look on the car

When I get bored, I go mow the yard or give my dogs a bath. You go out and buy a $1000 set of coil overs. Must be nice...

J/K in all seriousness, what do you think of the BC coil overs? I'd like to get a set for my Miata track car build, and maybe even a set for the stang.

And I prefer the silver polished F14s, but I am biased :)
