I understand I took it as he said he did make a mistake even though he said maybe he made a mistake. I didn't take it as a too bad for you type thing or a trying to talk him into spending more money. I took it as an honest mistake that Im sure he wished would have never happened because on this forum its hard to get people on your side no matter how many perfect transactions you've had. I m surprised there are vendors on this forum anyway. Ive tried and sent messages to become one and nobody ever responds.

Did it ever occur to you that the board/Kimmer does not want S197 to become over run with too many vendors offering the same thing? And you were selling things on here without being a vendor, were told to stop and you still did it?

Yes, you are entitled to your opinion, yes, you have voiced it many times, yes, we know how you feel.....judging by the amount of people that don't agree with you let it go...saying the same thing over and over is not going to change anyone's mind.

Ive never sold a single thing on here that wasnt used. I have perfect feedback. Too many vendors doing or selling the same thing really? Every vendor on here is either a tuner or sales the same parts. Only 1 vendor does hydrographics not enough room for 2 on the same forum. Ive never done anybody wrong on here. Im not allowed to sell my car on here because I dipped parts on it what a joke? I couldnt sell a radio because I started a business that doesnt even sell radios but we have members on here with 100s of feedback from scrapping out cars or selling brand new parts that arent vendors. So how do you know the scoop on me d0 you turn me in for listing something in the classifieds.

Stop it; you know what you were doing as you bought an engine cover off me to dip and then sell it on here....so please stop your act....I did not turn you in, if you remember Bobby and I were the ones who came to your hotel and fixed your fuel issue...not that has anything to do with being/not being a vendor but that is not the type of person I am.

I know you wanted to be a vendor, you asked, no one got back to you, you started listing dipped parts for sale in the classifieds and you were told to stop it.

I can't answer for Kimmer as to why you were not allowed to be a vendor, take it up with him.

No one is arguing about your feedback.

I would say your comment about not doing anything wrong on here is skating on thin ice since some of your posts were removed/questioned when you were offering dipped parts for sale after you were told to not list them.

If you're "not allowed" to sell your car or a radio on this forum it's most likely because you didn't post it correctly. Even then, members get plenty of gentle reminders before their thread gets locked. Your statements don't jive with what I know to be standard protocol around here.

You dont know what your talking about I told you specifically I was going to hydrodip the engine cover I never listed it on here for sale ever. I listed a radio bezel 1 time and it was instantly pulled and I was told I could not sell it because a vendor on here did the same thing. Then I was told unless it came off my car I couldnt sell it. I then listed a $20 faux cap emblem from my car with no issues from moderators. In fact I had people contact me about hydrodipping and I actually referred them to you guys.

Skewrl it has nothing to do with the way I list things I take pictures with screen name and date. Tried to sell a set of coil covers for an friend that is older and doesnt use the internet in about say I dunno an hour my listing was gone nobody wrote me nothing just deleted it. These coil covers werent hydrodipped either.

This may be a little premature but I got a gut feeling I may have been bent over on this one. I recently purchased some suspension parts from a member here with a 100% positive feedback in his profile. I sent him the funds via paypal and since it was on a holiday the post office was closed. So he created a shipping label and said he would mail it out the next day via 2 day priority. That was Jan 20th. fast forward to today and still nothing. I check the tracking number and it says that a shipping label was created but nothing was accepted into the system. I went to the post office today and they said the same thing. Label was made but nothing entered the system so it probably wasn't mailed as far as they know. Now i hit this seller up about it a few days ago and he said be patient. I agreed it was too soon to jump to conclusions. But now I got this gut feeling that nothing is in the mail as the USPS is usually pretty good with at least updating a package status in 7 + days time. So I now have my suspicions. What do you guys think? I pause to reveal any names as this could still just be an mix up but something in me says probably not and I don't really want to be out $167 bucks and not be able to get my suspension finished.

@MM93

you listed the same items multiple times, dipped in different finishes, it was obvious to the staff what you were doing, there was no need for you to be "turned in"

you were warned, you didn't cooperate, your listing was removed.

as to Kim not getting back to you, I have no info on that, ask him again if you care

When dealing with the post office you have to be very patient. The tracking system they use sucks! Not saying he shipped it or din't ship it but I have seen packages saying similar things after I received a package.

Once I was told to contact kimmer thats what I did. I listed my trunk emblem because I put a new one on an maybe my speaker rings because I went to snakeskin instead of carbon fiber. Not positive if I listed the speaker rings or not. Nobody has been screwed of from me on here ever. I was told it was okay to list those items because they were used and came off my car. I had a thread of pictures of stuff I was doing in the picture section and people did contact me about getting things done I told them at that time to contact S&H performance as I didnt want to step on anybodies toes.

As far as the other guy with the issue. USPS is horrible about updating there package info sometimes its not scanned until it hits your door step. Anything I ship to Kansas or receive from Kansas is sent priority mail an yet it takes 7 days to get here or there. Usually they scan it once its accepted at the post office though at least so it is possible that he did not send it but I would say if its shipped with insurance you will see it anytime or the post office will pay the claim if its lost.

With USPS you can create a shipping label and it will give you a tracking number... Hence why I says the info was received. Until the package is actually dropped off and scanned, depending on the type of shipping it will give you an update that the package was scanned and in some sorting facility.

Keep PM'ing the seller, put more pressure on him. I always have communications with the peeps I've sold stuff to.

I hear you and that is why I am hesitant as to say anything more in regards to it as this might just be all on USPS. It is just odd as it being a 2 day priority package that 1. it take this long and 2. it not have any shipping update after this long. In my past dealing with the postal service usually it will say it was sorted or scanned somewhere along the way. So far nothing. I last spoke to him via PM the 26th and sent him a message today basically stating I was beginning to feel uncomfortable about it and would like to get a refund. I have been down this road before and I just don't want to drag it out only for details to get 'fuzzy' later. I will reserve judgement until art least Thursday by then it will be a full ten days and if it isn't here by then odds are it isn't coming.

05gtowner to show you how well usps keeps track of there stuff I shipped an item to a guy through an apo he was stationed in germany had sold him and shipped him stuff before with no issues. I get insurance big ticket item like $350 or atleast big ticket for what happened. Well after 3 weeks guy says hey you sent to wrong address its been delivered in Canada. I pull out receipt and everything is correct address and all. I call and call the post office on hold for hours at a time finally one day they answer and they tell me they dont know what happened they would trace it. Well weeks of nothing and the guy thinking Im a liar. I file a claim then a week later someone calls me from post office we are going over the info and they are like no the package you sent cost like $13 dollars to sent and all this other bs Im like I have receipt right here was $72 to ship it. The post office had used the same tracking number for 2 different packages from 2 different places somehow. Finally one day guy writes and says it showed up. Mine was floating in the air and nobody knew where it was no way to track it nothing. Thats the good old usps for you. When I ship it tells peole expected delivery day and id say it only makes it there 40 percent of the time by that day. Sometimes its not even scanned until its delivered. Now ups scan a package everytime its touched and there system is very accurate for the most part

I know things happen that is why I am giving it the benefit of the doubt. I was just getting a feel for the situation and bouncing it off you guys to see what you thought.
